Our story

Based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, Corvin Fox was founded by Denis O’Driscoll and his wife Zoe in 2008. Starting with just a small handful of clients, we have worked with some of the biggest names within food manufacturing, including Princes, Unilever and Gü – and have successfully placed more than 500 candidates over the last 15 years.

2013:

Moved into shed-quarters, a nostalgic part of Corvin Fox history

2017:

Moved to the Red Lion Quarter in Spalding, giving us stronger capability of growing our team

2019:

Jared joins the business as a Recruitment Resourcer alongside Tim Sutton as Non-Exec Director

2020:

During the covid pandemic, we launched the permanent recruitment arm to the business

2021:

Team increased to 5 with the joining of Evie Fuller as a Recruitment Resourcer

2022:

Moved to our own premises, a huge leap forward for the business enabling further growth

Meet the team

Denis O’Driscoll

Managing Director and Founder

Having previously held senior operational positions in food manufacturing, Denis understands exactly what it takes to recruit in this sector. He’s a hands-on leader, who still enjoys interviewing candidates face-to-face and touring clients’ factories.

Likes: Ultra marathon running, horse racing

Zoe O’Driscoll

Director and Founder

Zoe, who shares Denis’ passion for food manufacturing, oversees the company’s finances including invoicing and credit control.

Likes: Swimming, walking, yoga, cooking for friends and family

Jared Turner

Recruitment Manager

Jared is a REC qualified Recruitment Manager and an accredited PPA, GIA and TEIQ practitioner. He is also an expert on IR35, providing guidance to interims and clients alike. He has big ideas for the business and has been instrumental in supporting Denis driving Corvin Fox forward.

Likes: Touring the UK with his band, getting airtime on Radio 1 and Kerrang and hiking with his partner.

Evie Fuller

Senior Recruiter

Evie is an REC qualified Senior Recruiter and an accredited PPA practitioner. She loves working with candidates to help them find their dream role and is always looking for ways to improve the recruitment process.

Likes: All things media and arts. Evie used to be a radio presenter and is now working on podcasts and music playlists.

Tim Sutton

Non-executive Director (NED)

A highly-experienced NED, advisor and coach, Tim’s experience spans everything from large PLCs to family-owned and high-growth SMEs. He was one of the leadership team that grew Geest Prepared Foods from £20million to more than £1billion.
