Candidate Of The Month – Super NPD & Process Interim

So recently we have been doing a drive for interim NPD and Process managers. This has been a very fruitful search for us, but one really jumped out.

Not only has she got an incredibly vibrant personality, but she can cover NPD and Process with her eyes closed!

Here are some points about her that really stood out;

• She is a specialist in delivering blue sky thinking which means she is able to turn your ideas in to a reality with ease. With her on your team, you no longer need to think that the sky is the limit!
• Christmas preparations are now starting. . .Oh you’re slightly behind you say?! Our interim is well practiced in Christmas and peak launches, delivering them during far shorter timescales than would normally be in place.
• Blink and you’ll miss it! Our interim is extremely strong on quickly developing products. At a previous role, she created and developed 10 multi-component meal kits within the space of 5 days whilst remaining within the cost parameters.
• No matter what retailers you are dealing with, none of them would be a shock for our interim. From ASDA to M&S, you name it, she’s dealt with them all!
• Do you feel like your staff could be upskilled or is it just an entire new team you need? Don’t panic! She has a strong background of recruitment and training which spans throughout her interim career. In a previous role she had to recruit and train 4 members of staff as the whole team were leaving, whilst this process was happening she was managing both NPD and Process.
• I forget to mention that she is a dab hand at revamping and delivering presentations. If you feel you are lacking that “WOW” factor, then we’ve got the girl that can knock your customers socks off and your competitions presentations out of the water.
• Is it the start or the end that you want to focus on? Place our interim anywhere in the critical path and she will see it through with ease!
• Bakery, meat, ready meals, ambient snacking . . . Look how many more do I need to say about! She’s got a breadth of experience across multiple categories; nothing is out of her grasp.

She doesn’t become available very often and you can usually find her completing another extended contract.
