We all have a duty to care for our plants around the office, unfortunately I have been titled the ‘plant killer’ due to my track record of having them die on my desk. However, I started to notice a trend with my smaller plants quickly wilting and diminishing when placed in their usual spot. They were not getting enough sunlight and were almost completely tucked out of sight.

After a quick change around, I managed to revive new life into some of my plants and they are now growing stronger than ever!

This got me thinking about some of the candidates we have worked with in the past. Just like my plants needed a change of environment to flourish, some professionals also require new challenges and experiences to thrive in their careers.
