  • Successfully achieved Grade AA (or equivalent) in more than 25 BRC accreditation evaluations and audits encompassing V3 – V9, re-audits, and up scaling from non-accredited status.
  • Most recently moved a site from a Business to Business provider to a retailer supplier for JS, M&S, Waitrose, Tesco and Aldi also achieving BRCGS AA+.

  • Successful track record of delivering business, transformation, organisational design projects and change management programmes in complex workplace environments.
  • Successfully identified and mitigated a risk of ¬£1.3m noncompliance for rights to work in the UK.
  • Has effectively implemented new HR strategy and procedures, introduced strategic KPI’s across 6 factories and 6 distribution centres while also supporting the outsourcing of administrative tasks to WNS (India) resulting in significant cost savings to the business.

Candidate 3 – Senior Operational Professional

  • Proven record of delivering results and achievement in complex and large manufacturing sites over the last 20 years, with 16 years in senior management and board level covering general, commercial, supply chain and operations.
  • Recently led and engaged with staff across multiple sites to deliver site improvements, one being increased line efficiency from 57% to 79% through installing PPM Plan.
  • Recently completed a turnaround project with an SME, with one significant achievement from this being a reduction of indirect labour costs of £235K and a reduction of direct labour costs of £880K

Candidate 4 – Supply Chain and Operations Professional

  • A self-motivated and effective change manager and business director with substantial supply chain, manufacturing, planning and project experience within the food industry.
  • Reduced labour spend across goods in, stores and despatch in line with budget leading to annualised savings of £150k.
  • Developed & implemented basic reporting OTIF, stock vs orders and route cause analysis, improving customer service levels from 82% to 98.5%.
