The market is absolutely frantic at the moment. We are putting shortlists of candidates in and within 24 hours many of them are being snatched up for their next role. From both a client and recruiter standpoint, it really is a “blink and you’ll miss it” situation.

There are two main reasons we are seeing for needing interim support at the moment. The first is needing hands on support from both an operational and technical perspective. The second is that there are lots of projects coming back online that have been on hold due to the pandemic.
