Time to take the lead and be the key behind shaping the technical function
You’ve been leading within the technical function, fronting retailers and influencing your site through best practice, but you’re craving something more. That opportunity to have the autonomy to really shape the function and develop a world class team.

We are working with a leading food manufacturer within their field in the search for a Senior Technical Manager who can do all of the above and still continue to grow to reach new heights.
This is a brand-new role for the business which will see you focusing on building technical capability within the team as well as taking the site to the next level, enhancing collaboration and aligning the site with wider strategic goals.
In addition to this you’ll be working with a handful of high profile retailers. The view isn’t just to maintain here either, the business have a clear direction and will be looking at you to nurture and develop the relationships to support future growth.
There are also plenty of opportunity in the future for you to progress into broader technical leadership roles.

What You’ll Bring

- Be operating as a technical manager or equivalent within food manufacturing
- Have experience fronting retailers and be able to develop relationships
- Be able to think strategically, influence teams and have resilience to make change happen
- Be a good coach who knows how to get the best out of their team
