As many of us exit a few weeks of indulgence some will be tempted to take on the Veganuary challenge, but is this transformative movement running out of steam?

Over the last year we have seen huge transformation in this market as the growth and attractiveness of the sector significantly slowed down.  It was a year of plant based shut downs, acquisitions and dramatic scale back of product range.

So is the Plant Based market here to stay or is it a burst bubble?
